Chilean Graffiti

All these pictures are of stenciled graffiti that I saw in numerous places on the buildings in Chile. A lot of handwritten graffiti said stuff about education and other things that needed to be reformed. What it said I don't know because I don't speak spanish well, but it said stuff. The most interesting one is the one with the girl reading the book, and written in front of her head is a LOCE, part of the word is the handle of a pistol, and a bullet has gone through her head, now I don't understand it, but it is curious graffiti. It makes me wonder what loce means.
